I’m nervous about using my credit card online. How do I know that my personal information is safe?

Great Question! Do you see the locked padlock up in the URL of the website?

That indicates that the website is encrypted and protected.  Also, your payment information will be process and stored on PayPal’s  or Stripes servers, where it is very secure and protected. So you can be assured that your information is safe and will not be shared with anybody.

What are the accepted payment methods?

We accept online card payment with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diner’s Club and PayPal.

All Credit Card payments are processed by Stripe.

How can Ifind out the cost of delivery?

There is absolutely no shipping charge if you live in the United States. If you live in Canada, the shipping charge will be added to your order and visible before you check out.

When will I receive my items?

We take about 2-7 business days to ship your orders. The speed and price of shipment depends on your product type and destination. 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. Most of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

The speed of your shipment will then depend upon the shipment method that you choose at checkout.

What is your return policy?

You have a full 30 days to return an item for any reason for a full refund of your purchase price. Just send it back to us and let us know if you would like to exchange it or obtain a full cash refund.

If the item was damaged or if we shipped the wrong item, size or color from your original order then we will pay for the return postage. Otherwise, we will provide you a full refund on everything except for the cost of returning the item.

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned. You will then be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

What countries do you ship to?

Most items will ship to the US and Canada.

Can I track my order?

Sorry, but we do not offer tracking on our shipping.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We start processing your order as soon as it is placed, so there is a very small window of time which you can amend or cancel it. Contact us at orders@emeraldwave.store if you need to make any changes.

If your order has been shipped you can cancel or change it by returning it to us for a refund when you receive it and place a new order.

How do I use a coupon code?

If you have a coupon code then you can paste it in the coupon field that you’ll find during your checkout. The discount will automatically be applied. 

How do I know if I’m ordering the right size?

There is a size chart with each garment with body measurements. Just scroll down the page under the description of the product.

How should I wash my printed garments?

We use the latest direct-to-garment (DTG) printing technology. The DTG ink in this process is different from the ink screen printers use. Keep in mind that the original manufacturer’s care instructions don’t take into consideration the DTG printing process.

Be wary of washing and drying on a high setting, especially when the garment is 100% cotton. High-temperature washes can fade and crack the print, and a high-temperature dryer settings can shrink the garment, as well as damage the print.

In order for you to prolong the life of your custom print, we suggest following the care instructions below:

Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.
